So many leaders today cross the line between accountability and pure bullying in the workplace. I applaud you for distinctly asking leaders to ask for honest feedback...many of them need to take their fingers out of their ears and refrain from the "I'm not listening because I'm the boss...." mentality!

Yes. Imagine if the world could be defined in 'black' or 'white' ~ no other colors? Is it any wonder that some of the first lessons that babies are taught are about color and texture?

So, what is the color of the rain? What is its texture?

I think it is the same as the color and texture of our heart, our spirit.

Be the rain.

George,
I apologize for the delay in responding to your comment. We were forced to change the way we do the Daily Inspiration. We announced this change long before it happened but many people still missed it. We are posting the Daily Quotes on our Blog, Facebook page and on Twitter….but if you would still like to receive them in your email inbox…you must sign up for our blog (you will ONLY receive Power of Inspiration postings… just like before). The email will look a little different in format than the old ones but will have the same daily quote that you are used to. Here is the page with the information about the change and all the ways you can still receive the daily quotes. Just go to this page …see “option 1″ at the top of the page and enter the email address where you would like the quotes sent
http://www.walkthetalk.com/blog/daily_quotes/
Please email me if you have a problem at nschoychid@walkthetalk.com
Hope this helps…and thank you for your support.
Warmest Regards,
Nicole

Thank you for your feedback. And I apologize for the delay in responding to your comment. You should be able to click on "unsubscribe" on the Leadership newsletter to stop getting the leadership material...please let me know at nschoychid@walkthetalk.com if something is not right.

I was receiving Walk The Talk daily inspiration e-mails and the Walk the Talk leadership e-mails. I decided to discontinue the leadership e-mails because they no longer applied to my situation. I wanted to keep the daily inspirational Walk the Talk e-mails; however, the leadership e-mails continue to come to me and the daily inspiration e-mails have stopped. When I try to re-subscribe, I don't find a way to do so. Can you re-subscribe me with the information I have provided above?

Thank you and m ay God continue to bless your work,
Judy
