How It Works
A group of selected feedback providers (typically 6 to 12) completes an online assessment covering a broad range of leadership competencies. Each of the 36 competencies is measured on a 1 to 10 rating scale. The leader being evaluated also completes a self-assessment that includes the same evaluation competencies. View Profile Instrument
 The feedback data is then compiled and organized into a 20-page 360° Personal Profile and sent to the feedback receiver. In addition, this leader also receives tools to help turn their 360° profile information into action. View Sample Report
 A “Making the Most of Your Feedback” Guide helps participants interpret the assessment results and show them how to turn their 360° feedback information into action. View Guide
