What Qualifies for a Return?

You may return most undamaged items purchased at WalkTheTalk.com within 30 days of the original delivery.  We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

The following items may not be returned:

• Video Training Programs
• All Downloadable Products cannot be returned.  This is an immediately downloadable product, so once it is downloaded, it cannot be returned.
• Deluxe DVDs cannot be returned once they have been opened (shrink wrap removed).
