If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please notify us within 30 days of receipt. You may return items for a refund or exchange.
Package your items securely and ship it to our return address as stated on the form. Tracking and / or insurance is not required, however we are not responsible for lost and / or damaged returns.
Return shipping costs are not covered or compensated unless we committed an error with the order.
- Items that are returned must be in the original condition as received
- Refunds / credits will be applied to your original method of payment
- Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable unless there was am error with the order (damaged or incorrect)
- Allow 2 - 3 weeks for the entire refund process to be complete (time in transit, receipt by warehouse, notification of return)

If your order is damaged during shipping or due to product defects, we will replace the item(s) at no cost to you.
Note: To document the damage, you may be asked to send a photo of the package and / or item(s) received so we can escalate this to either the carrier or our warehouse.
If you receive your order and it is incorrect or incomplete, we will send out the correct or missing product(s).
What to know when this happens:
- Contact us immediately! (do not exceed the 30 day return period, even if we've committed the error)
- In all cases, we will ensure the correct product is entered into our system and shipped to you
